2016 will always hold a special place in my heart. It’s hard to believe it’s been a decade since a 6-year-old’s wisdom changed my life ✨

I’ve always loved fashion, but in 2016, everything shifted. While recovering from an MS flare-up and on leave from my job at HBO, I decided to turn “outfit of the day” posts into something more. We were singing along with Justin Bieber, Is It Too Late Now to Say Sorry, when Emilio stopped to confirm “it’s never too late for anything” — and with that, @kareneverafter was born 🥰

From those early WordPress days to the front rows of NYFW and hosting events at Ann Taylor, this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve met so many phenomenal people and attended shows I once only dreamed of.
